I believe in golden birthdays. A golden birthday is when you turn the same age as the day you were born. For example, we opened on September 7th and this year we turned 7, making it our golden birthday. Back in January 2026, as we began to consider the year ahead of us, I knew I wanted to do something special for our 7th year anniversary and that's how this project was born.

One of the first things that came to mind was creating some sort of yearbook, something to capture the memories. I knew I couldn't do it alone, but even more than that, I wanted help from someone who had experience making great books. And that's how I came to think of the artists behind Echoz Magazine.

While I wish this book provided a full and complete picture of our journey, it just doesn't. Some moments were not well documented or fell through the cracks. The smaller, quieter moments weren't documented at all. If you read in between the pages, you'll understand there were slow days, hard days, cancellations, doubt, and frustration. But we made it this far and that's enough to celebrate!
