We recently launched an open mic & showcase series called Express Yourself. Our amazing host Victoria Del Pilar and DJ Low Key in the Place to Be kept the energy going, along with a featured performance by Manami Braxton and special guests performances by Kevin Xavier, Its80d, 10 TakeWonder, and Pfmg. Throughout the night, we had a variety of talent join the open mic such as rappers, drummers, producers, and poets - to describe a few. Building a supportive community for performing artists and creating opportunities like this to come together are essential and we can't wait until the next one.
